The Model 4421 dual synthesized L-band to 70 MHz downconverter is specifically designed for use with phase locked loop LNBs. The frequency stability and phase noise characteristics of the Model 4421 downconverter are ideal for compressed digital audio carriers. The superior phase noise characteristics of the Model 4421 facilitate data rates as low as 19.2 kbps.
